Classics Black -

White - Oolong
These fine teas are all picked from the same plant; Camellia Sinensis.
The four types of tea come from variations in levels of oxidation.
White and Green teas are minimally oxidized while Oolong is partially
oxidized and Black is fully or nearly fully oxidized. This plant can be
found mainly in India, China, Japan, Taiwan, Sri Lanka and Indonesia.
Aroma Classics Black -
Green -
White - Oolong Our
Aroma teas are created by combining classic teas with other ingredients
like fruit, flowers, roots and other natural flavors.
Seasonal ****Our Seasonals are unavailable until their return in the Fall**** These
teas are made to fit the season. Classic or fruit teas are blended with
flavors that remind us of certain times in the year.
Fruit Fruit
teas are simply that; fruit. The finest flavors are blended with dried
fruits, herbs and flowers to make wonderfully refreshing teas. They
normally do not have much, if any Camellia Sinensis (tea) in them.
Herbal Also commonly called a “tisane” or “herbal infusion” .
Rooibush Rooibush
is a legume, the same family of plants to which peas & clover
belong. The flavor is a somewhat woody, sweet and creamy. Decaffeinated Our
teas are decaffeinated without harsh chemicals. Proper Carbon Dioxide
(CO2) Decaffeination removes roughly 97% of caffeine. Under tremendous
pressure CO2 gas becomes liquid. In liquid form it is an excellent
solvent—it can extract caffeine while leaving the rest of the
leaf properties intact.
Ayurveda Ayurveda
has its roots in traditional Indian philosophy and religion. Our 12
Ayurvedic tea blends (right), plus the classical "3 Doshas" Kapha,
Pitta and Vata are aligned to the emotions, mind and spirit.
